Vinit Deo
Bringing in a robust experience of two decades in the field of finance and advisory, Vinit leads the Posiview Consulting team in being growth partners for the emerging Indian Companies. He has led closure of over a 100 funding and 200 Advisory transactions from a few to a few hundred crores. He has corporate experience with Times of India Group and Geometric Software Solutions. He has led Posiview to become a preferred advisory partner to Real Estate Developers. He is a regular contributor of articles to media such as Times of India, Moneycontrol, Sakal etc. as we addresses sessions on topics of Fund Raising, RERA, Business Opportunities etc. He was selected as Professional Icon of Pune by Lokmat in 2016. He is active in the profession and was a Managing Committee member & Vice Chairman of Pune Chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well Convenor of the WIRC Covid 19 Economic Response Task Force. He actively works with Industry Associations to submit representation to Government on policy ideas.

Prajakta Shetye-Deo
Prajakta is a Chartered Accountant with over 2 decades of experience across the domains of banking, financial consulting, investment banking and entrepreneurship.
She has an excellent academic track record with a merit rank at nearly all competitive exams. She graduated from the Commerce stream, topping from the Pune University. She completed her Chartered Accountancy Course in 2000 and secured a place in Top-Ten of the All-India Merit List at all three levels of the course.
She has personally trained over 300 and mentored numerous small business owners in Entrepreneurship and Business Planning. From 2012-2014, she was associated with the world-wide Goldman-Sachs 10,000 Women Programs, training their women entrepreneur-scholars at the Pune Centre. Currently she is also a mentor with the Cherie Blair Foundation for their “Mentoring Women in Business” program
